USER ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS · FIRST STEP
To manage the store, you need an assigned user account, appropriate permissions, and the administration address. This guide takes you from requesting access to verifying your first successful login.
If you already shop on Connect Marketplace, your buyer account may not have permission to manage a store. Before signing in, check which seller you need access to and which tasks you will perform.
Start by granting access
BEFORE YOUR FIRST LOGIN
Arrange access with the person responsible for the store or the Connect team, depending on your cooperation model. In your request, specify the person who needs an account, the store, and the tasks they will perform.
Instead of requesting all permissions, describe the actual tasks. This makes it possible to grant access that matches the person's role on the team. Use a separate account for each member.
After access has been approved, check which administration address you need to use, which credentials you sign in with, and how to set your password. Follow the specific instructions you received for your account.
If you received a link to set or reset your password, open it from the official message. If the instructions are missing, the link does not work, or you do not know which store the access belongs to, request verification before continuing.
The public shopping page and the administration serve different purposes. Do not conclude that you do not have an account just because signing in to the public store differs from accessing the administration.
Use the administration address from the instructions you received. Check the domain name and HTTPS connection before entering your details. After confirming that the address is correct, you can save it in your browser bookmarks.
Enter the assigned email address or username and your password, according to the fields shown. Check the keyboard layout, uppercase and lowercase letters, and unwanted spaces when copying.
If additional verification or password setup is required, follow the on-screen instructions. When you cannot complete a step, note the message and request help instead of using someone else's account.
A successful login is the first step. Before editing anything, check the context and available options.
For the initial check, review the existing data. You do not need to change a price, product stock, or the status of an actual order just to check whether access works.
Check the official address and the details you entered. If you forgot your password, use the available recovery option. If a message has not arrived, also check your spam folder, then request an account check.
Check the selected seller and describe the task you need to perform. Permissions and activated services may differ between accounts; a missing menu does not necessarily mean there is a sign-in error.
Send support the store name, your user email address, the page address, the time of the attempt, and the exact message. If you attach a screenshot, cover your password and other sensitive data.
Not automatically. To manage a store, the appropriate account must be confirmed and permissions must be granted for the seller you work with.
Arrange a separate account for each team member. This allows an individual's access to be adjusted or revoked without sharing a password among team members.
In the instructions you received when access was granted. If you do not have them, request the official address from the person responsible or Connect Support.
No. It is enough to describe the problem and provide account identification details through the official support channel. Do not send your password in a message or in a screenshot.
